Erika's Grad

On Wednesday evening we celebrated Erika's official graduation from high school. We are very proud of her...she received two awards: one for high achievement in English (97%) and one for visual arts. Her friend in the green dress is Celeste, who excells at everything and won 4 awards. Erika is receiving her diploma from the principal, but Jack Layton (our member of Parliament) was also on the podium shaking the graduates' hands (and of course making a short speech). Isn't her dress pretty? I made it (Bev). By the way, it was ridiculously hot in the auditorium, that's why we're all so shiny.
