Here's a shot of one of the "streets" in the residential section. No cars allowed! It's fun to bike in this area and look at the mix of small cottages and more luxurious homes, most with beautiful gardens.
Enjoying a break from biking, reading a book on the beach. (That's Bev in the shadows.)
Downtown Toronto looks close when seen from the island, but it feels a world away. The dome beside the CN Tower is the Roger's Centre, formerly the Skydome, for all you sports fans.
A handsome tourist waiting for the ferry to go back to Toronto, at the end of a very pleasant day.

I remember going there on bikes when we visited many years ago...it is great to see it has been kept to no cars...just peace & quiet, beauty & serenity. Great get away & excercise too.
